I want to start by asking what YANA means. YANA stands for "You Are Not Alone". For me, this sentence stands out and means so much to me. When I was younger, most of the time I was alone. I never really had anyone and I always felt left alone. This created trauma for me and created depression. Trust me, this was one of the hardest things to overcome in my life.
