Project JOY (Jobs on YANA) is YANA’s international development program for young adults ready to take their next step toward independence. Each year, selected participants embark on a one-year internship in YANA’s partner regions around the world.

Through hands-on work experience, mentorship, and cultural exposure, the program helps them discover their strengths and integrate into society with confidence, purpose, and a sense of worth. It provides a strong foundation for a meaningful future as contributing members of society.
